Rockfall Slope Technician

We require an experienced rockfall slope technician skilled in working off ropes, with the ability to perform production rope access anchor drilling in accordance with site drawings and assist the superintendent in completing paperwork as required. A safety conscious individual you will have skills in shotcreting, understanding mix designs and can operate grout pumps with precision.

Trainee Machine Operators

We are currently seeking enthusiastic people to learn and grow within our company based in Silverdale.

The position involves labouring/operating heavy machinery under an ongoing training program and is available for an immediate start.

The successful applicant will need to have practical ability, be physically fit, preferably have some form of construction experience and must be willing to work unconventional hours and travel away occasionally.

Heavy Diesel Mechanic

We are looking for an experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic for our mechanical workshop based in Silverdale. The successful applicant must have extensive experience working on heavy plant and equipment including hydraulic systems. and conducting WOF and COF checks.

This is a full time position Monday to Friday with rostered Saturday work and some travelling and overnights from time to time. 

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

Fitter Turner / Fitter Welder

We are seeking an experienced Fitter/Welder/Turner for our engineering workshop based in Silverdale maintaining heavy road construction vehicles, geotechnical equipment and trucks.

This role would suit an experienced Fitter with a strong background in machining and welding. 

It is generally workshop based but there will be requirement for the successful applicant to work on site.

You will also be required to work regular overtime.

The following skills and expertise are required:

• Relevant trade qualification

• Competent fitter and welder with machining experience

• Have the ability to hold or pass Welding Tickets

• Able to work in a team or individually

• Self-motivated and energetic, with a positive attitude

Grader Operator

 

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Grader Driver to grow within our team based in Silverdale.

 

The position involves working with one of our roading crews undertaking stabilisation work for various maintenance contracts within the greater Auckland region.

 

The successful applicant will need to have practical ability, be physically fit, preferably have some extensive forms of construction experience and must be willing to travel away occasionally.
